1. How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options within the U.S.:
Free Shipping: 5–10 business days
Standard Shipping ($99): 3–7 business days
All orders include tracking so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.
2. How are heavy car lifts delivered?
Our lifts are shipped via freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Due to their size and weight, deliveries are curbside only. Please make sure your location can accept freight trucks, and plan to have the necessary equipment or help available to unload.
3. Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we ship only within the U.S. This allows us to guarantee faster, safer, and more reliable delivery for our products.
4. What warranty do MohawkLifts products come with?
Most lifts include a 2–3 year manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the model. Warranty covers structural components, hydraulics, and electrical systems under normal use. Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
5. What happens if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your lift arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Do you offer installation services?
Every lift comes with detailed installation instructions. While we do not directly provide installation services, our support team can guide you through the process if you get stuck. For best results and safety, we recommend professional installation.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through PayPal, which allows you to pay securely using:

Linked bank accounts
PayPal’s buyer protection also applies to all purchases for added peace of mind.
8. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or arrives damaged.
